Our team applies for the required city or township permits, coordinates any plan reviews, and posts the permit onsite before work begins. We schedule all inspections (pre-construction, in-progress, and final) directly with the municipality and meet the inspector as needed. All standard permit and inspection fees are included in your estimate unless unusual site conditions or design changes trigger additional fees—if that happens, we’ll discuss and approve them with you first. We’ll also advise you on any homeowner responsibilities (e.g., HOA approvals, property access on inspection days) and keep you updated on timelines. If an inspector requests a correction, we address it promptly at no added cost for items within our scope, and we’ll confirm final approval in writing for your records.
