We treat your home like a jobsite and a home. Before work begins, we walk the property with you to note vulnerable areas and create a written protection plan. We flag and cover landscaping, gardens, and decorations; wrap AC units and pool equipment; and notify adjacent neighbors if any access could affect them. We install catch-all nets or tarps, plus plywood shields over siding, doors, windows, and patios. Driveway protection (mats/plywood) goes under dumpsters, material loads, and delivery routes to prevent tire marks or cracks. Gutters are protected and cleared daily; satellites and low-voltage lines are identified and temporarily repositioned if needed. Inside, we offer attic dust covers where decking repairs are planned and ask you to secure fragile items from vibration.
During production, we stage materials to keep walkways clear, keep sections “dried-in” as weather changes, and pause if wind or lightning risk debris movement. Our crew performs rolling cleanup throughout the day, with magnetic nail sweeps each afternoon and a full perimeter sweep at completion. Any special concerns (pets, irrigation schedules, access times, gate/garage codes) are built into the plan. We photo-document protection set-up, any pre-existing conditions, and final cleanup. If an inspector or you flag anything, we address it promptly—and if something within our control is damaged, we repair or replace it at our expense. You’ll receive a short punch-list report and photos at the end so you know the property was left clean and protected.
